A well-established independent mortgage lender is seeking a Producing Branch Manager to lead an existing team of originators closing nearly $100M in production in today’s market. This is a hands-on leadership role for a motivated manager who can drive growth while continuing to originate. Base Salary plus override and basis point payout on own production.

Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop an experienced team of originators.
- Maintain personal production while managing overall branch performance.
- Drive strategic growth initiatives and foster strong referral relationships.
- Oversee seamless loan execution with operational support.
- Earn a healthy override while continuing to build a personal pipeline.

- Proven experience as a Producing Branch Manager or high-performing Loan Officer.
