Jeff Hutchinson founded Hutchinson Mortgage Recruiting in 2005 and has been the GoTo mortgage recruiter in the North East for the past 18 years, since 2003 with almost 600 placements.

While you may get tons of recruiting calls from “corporate recruiters”, Jeff and his team aren’t focused on pushing you towards one or two lenders. He and his team work with over 20 national and local banks/lenders (depending on your market). Most recruiters tell you only the positives about the companies they work with. Jeff tells you the positives as well as the negatives on each company out there. His unbiased approach is what makes him successful and a trusted figure in the mortgage community.
